The Prairie du Chien Varsity Boys Golf team hit the road this past Saturday, April 25 when they traveled to the Platteville Golf & Country Club for the annual Dick McKichan Invitational.

The Hawks placed 11th out of 15 teams with a team score of 383, which was an improvement on last year’s 12th place finish and team score of 391.

Leading the Hawks was senior Brock Folsom with a score of 89. He bettered his 2025 score of 102 by 13 strokes. Following Folsom were sophomores Keaton Achenbach and Landon Thiry, each with a score of 97. Senior Dylan Baker finished with a score of 100, while fellow senior Trenton Adrian ended with a score of 109.

Next up for Prairie du Chien following this past Tuesday’s SWC Mini-Meet at Lancaster is the River Valley Invite this Saturday at 9 a.m. at the House on the Rock Golf Course.
