Wauzeka-Steuben wrapped up the week two nights later when they hosted the De Soto Pirates, who are currently third in the Ridge & Valley Conference standings.

The visiting Pirates defeated the Hornets 69-35. Stats from this game were also not available as of press time.

De Soto improved to 9-4 overall and 4-2 in the Ridge & Valley Conference while the Hornets dropped to 1-10 overall and 1-5 in the conference.

The Hornets began a two-game slate this week this past Monday night when they hosted Brookwood in a non-conference matchup. Wauzeka-Steuben will wrap the week up this Thursday night at 7:15 p.m. when they travel to Cazenovia to take on the Weston Silver Eagles.
