River Ridge junior volleyball player Mallory Crubel was honored by the Six Rivers Conference as the SRC West’ Player of the Year for the 2025 season recently.

Crubel was also named to the first team as a setter/middle blocker as the lone River Ridge representative on the first team. 

Named second team all-conference was senior Josey Drone and sophomore Ava Nies while senior Ellaina Gage and junior Erin Adrian were both named honorable mention by the league.

Gage was also named to the league’s sportsmanship team as the Timberwolves’ representative.
