For the fourth consecutive season, a member of the Prairie du Chien football team has been named the SWC Offensive Lineman of the Year. Senior Jack Simmons joined former teammate Max Schneider as a back-to-back winner of the award. Simmons earned a repeat spot on the first team offense for his work on the offensive line (the only Hawks to be named first team offense) and also was named first team defense for the defensive line. Fellow seniors Mason Hird (defensive back) and Westin Marx (outside linebacker) joined Simmons as first team selections by the SWC.

Four Hawks were named to the second team offense. Seniors Deacon Chesebro (tight end), Steven Duha (offensive line) and Hird (wide receiver) and junior Darian Jackson (running back). Chesebro was also named to the second team defense as a defensive lineman.

Named as honorable mention selections were seniors Ashton Landt and Zach Ross and sophomore Brock Radloff.

First year head coach Kevin Campbell was named co-SWC Coach of the Year alongside New Glarus head coach DJ Schuett. Campbell joins Duane Bark (2000), Jason Thiry (2018) and Cory Koenig (2022, 2024) as PdC Football Head Coaches to be named conference coach of the year.
