CCC Camp helped young men find their way through the depression
GAYS MILLS – From 1935 to 1942, there was a community consisting of hundreds of young men living in a camp two miles north of Gays Mills on land now occupied by BAPI and extending a ways further north. It was known as the CCC Camp.
